Drive Success in Sales: Become Our Next Junior Account Manager in London!

The role involves a mix of sales and customer service duties, to maintain client relationships and manage a portfolio of clients, create new business opportunities, and generate new revenue from new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to create customised sales plans for key clients.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential customers, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Participate in contractual negotiations, manage renewals and other incoming queries, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage customer onboarding and relationships during their first year with our company.
  • Liaise with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relationships.
  • Respond to phone calls and email requests and maintain customer service records.
  • Forecast and track account metrics for existing customers (e.g. monthly invoicing and annual forecasts) and manage the invoicing process for your assigned accounts.
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage own projects.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, handling challenges with composure and adaptability.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about leveraging technology to drive customer success.
  • BSc degree.
