What’s new in CtrlPrint?

The following information is important to be aware of before getting started with this year’s reporting season. We’ve made some changes and if you used CtrlPrint for last year’s report you may need to update some things. If needed, we’ve included links to guides and training courses.

The biggest change is a complete update to our user interface. We’ve also now made it possible for administrators to activate additional features such as CtrlPrint Track Changes.

Forgot your username/password?

If you have forgotten your username try searching for system@ctrlprint.net in your inbox. You may find the email which contains your username there. If you can’t find it please contact your company’s administrator who can send you a new invitation.

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one from the login page. You will need your username and the email address linked to your account to do so.

Installation

Internet Explorer is not supported
We want to remind everyone that we no longer support Internet Explorer. We recommend Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Your IT department can help you with this. More information please see the page found here.

Make sure you have the right version of InCopy/InDesign and Transfer Manager
A lot of time and troubleshooting can be saved by ensuring that you have the correct version of InCopy/InDesign and the latest version of Transfer Manager. For more information and guidance please see the page found here.
