FAQ

How can I become a CtrlPrint customer?

Contact us via sales@ctrlprint.net or phone +44 203 651 28 68 so we can help you to get started.

What about pricing?

With CtrlPrint you pay per project (by project we mean one annual report for one specific year).

Can we get rid of our agency now?

We get this question from time to time and the answer is no in most cases. However, the agency will be able to focus on the formatting while you focus on the content. The division of work is clearer.

Are you an IR agency?

No, we do not provide agency services. CtrlPrint is a collaboration service for companies and their designers. We simply make it easier to divide the work and ensure that the right people have access to the work in a simple and transparent way.

Do we need to install anything to use CtrlPrint?

Yes, you need to install the Adobe InCopy text editor (similar to Word) and also our CtrlPrint Transfer Manager file manager. Both are quick to install, it’s not a whole system implementation. Once you have the documents in place, you can get started in a few hours.

Can we buy Adobe InCopy or InDesign from you?
You can subscribe to a license plan for the editors directly from Adobe. You can find more information about how to install Adobe here.

Is it difficult to learn how to edit in Adobe InCopy?

Adobe InCopy is similar to a simple version of Microsoft Word. The big difference is that editing takes place in the formatted document, which means that you can immediately see if the text fits the layout. You save a lot of time by making the changes yourself.

CtrlPrint and ESEF

From 2020, companies with securities listed on a regulated market within the EU will have to submit their annual report digitally according to the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) standard. CtrlPrint allows you to integrate tagging into your usual process based on InDesign.
