Information security procedures
CtrlPrint is certified according to ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management. We also conduct regular security audits of code and infrastructure, including third-party penetration testing. In addition to ISO 27001:2013 we follow recommendations from Cloud Security Alliance’s (CSA) Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (STAR). We have also completed a ‘Consensus Assessment Initiative’ (CAI) Questionnaire.
CtrlPrint’s platform is operated at several geographically dispersed data centres to create redundancy. All systems and infrastructure are constantly monitored by both CtrlPrint and our data centre provider. Tests of ‘Disaster recovery’ and ‘Business continuity’ are performed regularly according to our ISMS (Information Security Management System).
Learn more about our security work
Since the first code was written almost 25 years ago, we’ve come a long way and have been adapting to a constantly changing environment. We securely provide our services not just by thinking about the past and present, but also about what may be beyond the horizon.
CtrlPrint has been ISO certified according to 27001:2013 Information Security Management since 2016. The certification covers our systems, processes and personnel.
In CtrlPrint’s server environment, we are monitoring usage, network traffic, system performance, and application uptime. In this article we describe what application uptime is and how we monitor it.
