Your documents are in good hands

Our customers trust us to handle their most important documents. So, information security is something we highly prioritise and part of everything we do.

Information security procedures

Since 2016 CtrlPrint has been ISO certified according to 27001:2013 Information Security Management. The certification covers our systems, processes and personnel. Our security work is audited annually by external auditors. We also conduct regular security audits of code and infrastructure, including third-party penetration testing. In addition to ISO 27001:2013 we follow recommendations from Cloud Security Alliance’s (CSA) Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (STAR). We have also completed a ‘Consensus Assessment Initiative’ (CAI) Questionnaire.

Availability

CtrlPrint’s platform is operated at several geographically dispersed data centres to create redundancy. All systems and infrastructure are constantly monitored by both CtrlPrint and our data centre provider. Tests of ‘Disaster recovery’ and ‘Business continuity’ are performed regularly according to our ISMS (Information Security Management System).
