What You’ll Do:

- Drive technical excellence by ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to develop solutions that enhance the CtrlPrint platform.
- Champion agile development and modern engineering best practices, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Recruit and retain top talent, supporting career development and growth within the team.
- Align engineering execution with CtrlPrint’s strategic objectives, including growth in new markets and evolving regulatory needs.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in SaaS product development, with experience in modern web technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and DevOps culture.
- Passion for fostering a culture of learning, psychological safety, and engineering excellence.
- A strategic mindset—able to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, reliability engineering, and scalable architectures is a plus.
