You will:
- Own the user experience for key areas of our platform, directly impacting the way finance professionals, marketing teams, design agencies, and other stakeholders create and collaborate on corporate reports.
- Collaborate closely with your squad to conduct user interviews, analyse data, and identify key user needs, contributing to our product discovery process.
- Translate user insights, product requirements and technical considerations into intuitive and engaging user interfaces, using a Figma-based design system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and improve product performance by analysing existing products, user flows, and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure pixel-perfect execution of design solutions and a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the team to explore and implement new design methodologies, tools, and industry best practices, contributing to our shared goal of continuous improvement.
You are:
- An experienced, curious, and motivated design professional.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, eager to work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar role) with a portfolio showcasing successful product outcomes.
- Proven ability to translate user needs and product requirements into effective design solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform design decisions.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other user research methods.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and exploring new design solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing for complex enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience with design systems, including contributing to and working within them.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
