About the Role
As a Senior Accountant at CtrlPrint, you will play a key role in the company's finance function. You will be responsible for accounting from start to finish, ensuring that bookkeeping, reporting, and financial follow-up maintain a high standard. You will work closely with the CFO, auditors, and other stakeholders to optimize the company’s financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting, including financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual closing) in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Prepare annual reports and tax declarations in compliance with K3 and relevant tax regulations, with support from the team.
- Be responsible to deliver any reports required from internal and external stakeholders, agencies and authorities
- Ensure accurate VAT and tax handling, including international VAT reporting.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
- Develop and streamline internal procedures and processes within accounting and finance.
- Support financial reporting and analysis for management and the board.
- Manage audits and act as the main contact person for auditors.
- Assist HR with payroll administration.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues within the finance department when needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant academic background in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of qualified accounting experience, preferably from a SaaS company or other tech-driven business.
- Solid experience with K3 and Swedish accounting standards.
- Experience in international accounting, VAT, and taxation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of systems and process automation within finance.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Excellent skills in Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
